Meet the massage therapist

I completed my massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts in 2018. I learned from an early age how effective massage could be when struggling with crippling shinsplints during childhood. When choosing a college I found a very intriguing program in Lincoln NE, where I received a bachelor's degree in International Rescue and Relief Medicine and became an EMT that was focused on emergency medicine. I then went on to get an associates degree in paramedicine.

In my massage practice, I love mixing deep tissue, stretching and cupping, with table Thai (also known as "lazy man's yoga), which can be extremely relaxing while getting to the root of pain issues and producing effective results.

Some of the things that keep me active and loving life are my friends, my pitbull named Grandpa, softball, crafting, traveling, spinning poi, dirt biking, snowboarding, live music and going to the river every chance I get.
